Our company has 2 different paint shops equipped with the lastest technology equipments.
With 2 automatic seperated doors for external entrances, dust free environment with 3 different filtration systems, and with a total of 500 m2 indoor area; products of different sizes and features can be painted/coated and dryed in our special design paint shops.
In addition, paints with different types of chemical properties and drying conditions can be applied to the products.

Manual Coating Booths
There are 6 spray coating booths in our company and water and solvent based applications are made in these booths.The parts which need surface cleaning are made antistatic with deionizer guns.
In the positive pressure paint booth, in a dust free environment, the paint is sprayed to the material. During the application, missing paint particles attach to the water curtain which is located in front of the booth. Paint particles that cannot hold on to the curtain are held in the washing nozzles by means of the fan. The system enables the elimination of solvent vapor in liquid paint. Water used in the booth is recirculated by a pump. In our latest system booths, which are designed specifically for the needs of the industry, we are able to produce even difficult paints such as Soft-Touch and Piano Black with low waste rates.

Positive Pressure Chamber is a whole together with the latest technology spray guns which are used in changing numbers depending on the material type.
After surface cleaning process is done, the product is placed on the rotating table. Then, after passing through the deionizer bar and becoming electrostatic, it is coated on all sides perfectly in a fully enclosed coating booth by the latest technology spraying guns and goes to the drying oven.
